- Inventory: Active listings rose to 1,698 — up 10.2% from last month and a notable 44.6% higher than last year, boosting options for buyers.
- Pending Sales: 1,042 homes went under contract — a 5.3% increase from April, though still down 6.4% year-over-year.
- Sale Price vs. List Price: Homes sold for 99.1% of list price, with 47.4% receiving multiple offers — a sign that competition remains, especially for well-priced homes.
