49 (2-4 BR) homes have sold in the Greenhaven / Pocket neighborhood since the beginning of the year with a median selling price is $434,500.

On average, these homes were on the market for 41 days.

Greenhaven (Pocket or Little Pocket) is considered one of the best communities for homeowners and young families to live in.
