The highest sale price for the month was $3,750,000, while the lowest was $195,000, with the average sales price matching the original listed price. A total of 1,031 single-family homes were sold, reflecting a 12.4% increase from April 2024, though there was a 3.8% decrease compared to May 2023. Homes spent an average of 20 days on the market, slightly up from 19 days in April 2024 but down from 22 days in May 2023, with 60.2% of sales involving multiple offers. There were 1,422 active listings, up 7.1% from April 2024 and 22.9% from May 2023, translating to 1.38 months of supply. Pending sales reached 1,147, showing a 2.6% increase from April 2024 and a 9.6% increase from May 2023. These metrics indicate a dynamic and competitive housing market in Sacramento County.
