2,338 active listings — a slight 0.4% increase from August and up 32.4% compared to September 2024, offering buyers more choices than last year.

Pending Sales:
948 homes went under contract — down 8.4% from August and 17.5% below September 2024, signaling reduced buyer demand as the market transitions into the slower season.

Sale Price vs. List Price:
Homes sold for 96.8% of their original list price, with 43.9% receiving multiple offers — showing steady but cooling competition.
