A total of 994 single-family homes were sold during the month. Sales volume declined 5.8% month over month and 5% year over year, indicating a slower pace of activity compared with both the previous month and last summer.
Days on Market
Homes spent an average of 38 days on the market, compared with 32 days during the previous month. Longer marketing times suggest buyers are taking a more measured approach when making purchasing decisions.
Housing Inventory
Active listings increased to 2,365 homes, an increase of 5.8% from the previous month. The market currently has approximately 2.4 months of housing supply, giving buyers more choices than they have seen in recent months.
Pending Sales
There were 1,064 pending sales, which was down 0.4% month over month but up 4.6% compared to the same period last year. This indicates that buyer demand remains steady despite higher inventory levels.
