Just Sold 4/23/2014 in Sacramento!! There was a lot of activity on this property. My clients were able to beat out the other 10 offers the seller’s received. A well taken care of property that has beautiful hardwood floors underneath the carpet, dual pane windows and a nice covered patio area off the kitchen/breakfast nook.
