We are into escrow. This was a whirlwind of a process. I spoke with the seller on a Friday, I met with her the next day on Saturday, and by Thursday I had the house staged, gardening cleaned up, professional photography taken and on the market. In two days we had 5 offers and the seller moved forward with a great buyer. Wow, that’s about a months’ worth of work put into one week!!!
